MC-Millsaps rivalry reaches new level
Choctaws take control of computer store

JACKSON, MS - Just when athletic officials thought it was safe to take out the swords and tomahawks, The Whittington Weekly has learned of a recent event that may foreshadow an excessive outbreak of school spirit at the upcoming game this weekend.

Earlier this week the “Backyard Brawl” spilt out of our backyard into a Jackson location of the computer superstore inCOMPetence USA. One anonymous student was shopping in the store and noticed that all of the monitors in the back displayed a cryptic message scrolling across the screen: “MILLSAPS COLLEGE RULES!”

After closer examination, the student discovered that the computer's screen saver had been tampered with and that Gateway Computers in no way endorsed Millsaps as their favorite to win the big game. Suddenly, in a burst of Choctaw spirit, the student rushed the keyboard and rearranged the offensive phrase so that it read: “MC RULES SAPS!” Smiling, the student stepped back to admire his work.

In an unrelated incident, the student also attempted to purchase a digital camera that day, but after inquiring about some prices to an inCOMPetence USA “Sales Associate,” the employee disappeared into the back room to “check on that” and never returned. -- Grandmaster Sexay
